arcserve agent installation error via the console

Hello Aicha,

Please access the node and check if Arcserve UDP Agent is already installed. Check if Arcserve UDP Agent Service is running. If UDP Agent is already installed and the Agent Service is also running, then check if you can do a telnet to port number 8014 on the agent node from the UDP Console Server.

If the UDP Agent is not installed, then check if you can ping the node from the UDP Console Server and the UDP Console Server from the Node. Also check if there is any firewall settings that prevent the communication.
