arcserve-KB : UDP | Linux Agent || not able to start udp agent service in linux due to dnsmasq service is utilizing 67 port

Description:: ::UDP: LINUX : not able to start udp agent service in linux due to dnsmasq service utilizing 67 port.
Error:
BOOTPD start fail: /opt/Arcserve/d2dserver/sbin/bootpd -c /opt/Arcserve/d2dserver/bootimage /opt/Arcserve/d2dserver/configfiles/bootptab
Port 67 is occupied by dnsmasq, please stop dnsmasq first, then restart Arcserve UDP Agent(Linux).
UDP v 6 update 3 ( will apply to newer versions aswell )
OS:CentOS Linux release 7.2.1511 (Core)

The UDP linux agent is installed.
When ./d2dserver command is run to start the agent above error comes up.
As a solution please do the below steps.
Disable the firewall or open the UDP ports ( 67, 22,8014,8015)
Disable Selinux or make it permissive
Run command
killall dnsmasq
Then ./d2dserver start

Run ./d2dserver status to check.
