As per the logs, it is getting failed with the Error Code 5 and 569.

Error Code 5: Access is Denied.

Error Code 569: The SAM database on a Windows Server is significantly out of synchronization with the copy on the Domain Controller. A complete synchronization is required.

Solution:

To fix this permission issue, make the following changes on the Agent node used to perform the restore:

1) Switch to registry key 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine'

2) Under this key create a new 'DWORD' value LogonType and set it to 3.

After making above changes, try performing the restore from the Restore UI > Browse Recovery Point and it will work.
