arcserve-KB : P00000423 | UDP 6.0 | Non English: Collect Diagnostic information process caused under "My Computer" a lot of driver letters with network shares to show up and it is not possible to remove them.

Problem Summary:

In non-english, after running collect diagnostic utility, many mapped drives will be left over

Products Affected:
Arcserve UDP6.0 update 1;

Product Installation Instructions:

1. Login to the UDP Agent machine.
2. Open the windows running services, by using the command services.msc
3. In the services window, stop the service "Arcserve UDP Agent Service"
4. Go to the below location and rename the file "flash-webservice-imp.jar" to "flash-webservice-imp.jar.original"
C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\TOMCAT\webapps\WebServiceImpl\WEB-INF\lib
5. Unzip the testfix, copy and paste the "flash-webservice-impl.jar" to the below location
C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\TOMCAT\webapps\WebServiceImpl\WEB-INF\lib
6. Start the "Arcserve UDP Agent Service"
