Problem Description
Title: LOGON FAILED AFTER UPGRADE TO R16
Description:
 Problem:
 cannot logon RHA console after upgrade from r15.3 to r16 in Japanese ENV.
 
 Solution:
  1.Stop Control service
  2.Delete the Infragistics Dlls with version 10.2 in the directory "C:\Progr
 am Files (x86)\CA\ARCserve RHA\Manager\ws_root\bin", Here is the list of Dlls
 to delete:
  Infragistics2.WebUI.Misc.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.Shared.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebChart.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebNavigator.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebTab.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebToolbar.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.WebDataInput.v10.2.dll
  Infragistics2.WebUI.WebNavBar.v10.2.dll
  3.Delete the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\ARCserve RHA\Manager\web_tmp"
  4.Start Control Service
