Fix:    RI67651 Hyper:    No
Distribution Code:    AVAILABLE

Problem Description
Title: AE0060 FOR FILE LEVEL RESTORE OF UEFI VM
Description:
 Problem :
"Virtual machine disk consolidation is needed"
This message is displayed in the Summary tab of the vCenter Client for the
VM guest machine after the RAW backup job with file level restore enabled.

And the file level restore job fails with the following message in the
 activity log :
 AE0060 Invalid drive specification(<folder name>)

This problem always occurs if the VM guest is a uEFI boot machine, and the
Client Agent with VM agent can't be connected from the backup server.

After applying this fix, the backup job will rightly fail with this messsage:
AE0521 VM Mount operation failed for VM hostname: <name>.

If you want to have the RAW backup continue to run by automatically disabling
file mode restore, please set the following registry :
 Key : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ComputerAssociates
  \ClientAgent\Parameters
 Value Name : StopIfVolumeMapFail
Value : 0 (default is 1 : Job fails with AE0521 in this case)

 Note:
To backup a uEFI VM by RAW mode with file level restore enabled, the Client
Agent with VM Agent needs to be running on the VM.

 Solution :
Test fix T245880 is available and can be obtained by contacting CA support.
