Problem Description
Title: JOB RESCHEDULED DUE TO DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME
Description:
 ***Please note***
 
 The problem listed below has been resolved by applying the latest update for
 ARCserve D2D.
 
 ****************************************************************************
 
 
 Problem:-
 When the Day Light Savings starts or ends, the CA ARCserve D2D backup job
 will get rescheduled by + or - 1 hour, based on the change.
 
 Say for example: - The job is scheduled to run at 6:00 PM.
  When DST Ends - The job would be rescheduled to run at 5:00 PM.
  When DST Starts - The job would be rescheduled to run at 7:00 PM.
 
 On the day when Day Light Savings changes, from the CA ARCserve D2D home page
 select Settings->Backup Settings->Schedule. The following warning message
 will be seen in the schedule settings tab under 'Set start date and time',
 "The daylight saving time has changed, if you want to reschedule your backup,
  you need to start from the daylight changing time or from day."
 
 
 Resolution:-
 On the day when the Day Light Savings changes, from the CA ARCserve D2D home
 page select Settings->Backup Settings->Schedule.
 Under 'Set start date and time' change the following,
 Start Date - Specify the start date as the DST Start or End Date based on the
  change.
 Start Time - Specify the start time as per your requirement.
 After making the changes, click on 'Save Settings' to save the changes.
 
 Now the next scheduled backup should show the correct scheduled time.
 
 
 Note:-
 The following items would show the time as + or -1 hour based on the DST
 change for the backups which have already completed before the change,
 CA ARCserve D2D Home Page
 Summary Section - Last Backup Information
 Protection Summary - Last Successful Event Information
 Most Recent Events - Date/Time Field
 Activity Log
 Time field in the activity log.
 
 As of now there is no fix or workaround for this problem, we are working on
 it.
