Problem Description
Title: AW0551 WITH "UNABLE TO FIND VMDK" IF WORKINGDIR IS USED
Description:
 Problem :
For VMagent backup jobs with file level restore enabled,
 "Volume E:\ extent 0 sig 0x3362e6c3, vmdk [DATASTORE1] SNAPSHOTS/TESTVM.vmdk
  sig 0xb422cf71."
"Unable to find vmdk file for volume E:\."

The messages like these are recorded in the client agent job log, and the
following message is recorded in the activity log :
"AW0551 Unable to map the VM volume to a VM disk image file. (VM Volume=
 [E:\])

This problem always occurs if ESX 4.1 is used, and the "workingDir" option
is used to change the location of snapshots of the virtual machine.

 Solution :
VMware requests to upgrade ESX to its latest version since this problem
is reproducible with ESX 4.1 version and works as expected with 5.1,
and ESX 4.x ends its support in May 2014.
