Problem Description
Title: IMAGE OPTION - NAMED STREAMS ARE NOT RESTORED CORRECTLY
Description:
Product: ARCserve Backup with Image Option

After files are restored using the file by file restore method,
 (1) Some of named streams of some files are lost. This is a restore problem.

For example, for the file abcd.txt, its contents data is restored, but the ab
cd.txt:.SummaryInformation stream is lost, and its summary page is displayed
empty when its properties window is opened using the explorer.

 (2) Other named streams are restored, but their names are truncated. This pro
blem is a backup problem. It occurs if the backup has been taken after T24574
5 or a later image option fix was applied.

For example, the stream "abcd.txt:{4c8cc155-6c1e-11d1-8e41-00c04fb9386d}" is
backed up. After it is restored, the name is truncated as "abcd.txt:{4c8cc155
 -6c1e-11d1"

To resolve (1), it is only needed to restore the file after applying this fix
. To resolve (2), it is needed to backup the volume again after applying this
  fix.

 Solution:
Test fix T245781 is available and can be obtained by contacting Arcserve support.
