Title: WIN-UNABLE CREATE WINPE DR IMAGE
Description:
                      After upgrading  ADK from  8.0 to  8.1, user cannot
  create customize WinPE DR image via "Create Boot
  Kit Wizard". The utility returns the following
  error:
 
  There is a critical file missing from your Windows
  ADK or Windows AIK installation. Reinstall the
  application and try again.

 2. Launch RO65929.exe.
