Problem Description
Title: WIN-AE0289 FOR BACKUP PHYSICAL DISK JOB
Description:
                      After applying RO62168,  the problems listed  below
  occur for the following language versions :
  Japanese, Spanish, Italian, Germany, French,
  Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese
 
  Problems:
 
  (1) AE0289 The Client Agent machine
  failed to locate the physical device file. (Client
  Agent Machine=[<name>], Device=[<device>])
 
  Physical disk/volume backup jobs fail with this
  error. This problem occurs for the jobs which were
  created before applying RO62168.
 
  (2) "CA ARCserve Backup cannot display the backup
  sessions. To remedy this problem, CA ARCserve
  Backup must merge the backup sessions and update
  the ARCserve database." and "You are trying to
  merge some failed session(s), the merge job may not
  finish successfully."
 
  The above message dialogs are displayed when trying
  to restore the physical disk/volume backup sessions
  which were backed up before applying RO62168.
 
  (3) In the backup source tree of the manager gui,
  the physical disks and volumes are displayed in
  English language like "PhysicalDisk_<Disk> 1",
  *PhysicalVolume_<Disk> 1_E:". (<Disk> is
  represented in the language of ARCserve).

 RO62168
 
 This fix requires CA ARCserve Backup Release 16.5 to be installed.
 
 1. Unzip the fix file as follows:
 
 CAZIPXP -U RO64565.CAZ
 
 2. Launch RO64565.exe.
