Recovery partition isn't created in the WinPE DR
process. This problem occurs on Windows2012
  installed on uEFI system.

After applying this fix, WinPE DR creates the
recovery partition as there was in the original
  disk.

Note: (1) Please use the "Create Boot kit" utility
after applying this fix to create new WinPE DR
  image.

  (2) In order to restore the data into the recovery
partition, please backup the data after the
recovery partition is mounted to a folder using the
mountvol command manually, and enable the following
options in the "Advanced" tab in the global options
: "Traverse Directory Junctions and Volume Mount
Points" "Backup Mount Points as part of the volume
on which they are mounted" ex. Enter this command
before running the backup job. mountvol C:\temp
  \\?\Volume{}\

You will be able to find the volumeID of the
recovery partition after you run a backup to
generate DR information, in adrclnt.log like
  follows :

  ==================================================
  Recovery Partition : \\?\Volume{}\

Please mount this volume to a empty directory for
Disaster Recovery to recover it. ex. mountvol
  C:\TempDir \\?\Volume{}\ ( To unmount it
  after backup, "mountvol C:\TempDir /D" )
