Title: 'Unable to replicate registry' after upgrading to version 15
The Control Service HA scenario fails to run after upgrading from r12.5 to r15.1 and you receive an error that that it cannot replicate a registry key.
The reason this error occurs is because the name of our software changed from CA XOsoft to CA ARCserve RHA so the registry key that we need to replicate in a control service scenario has also changed. The easiest way to correct the issue is to simply create a new Control Service HA scenario so that RHA detects the correct registry keys.
To do this open the CA ARCserve RHA manager and click on 'Scenario' then 'New' and choose the Control Service HA scenario type. Put in the host names of the Master (main management host) and the Replica (backup management host). Complete the rest of the scenario creation wizard.
The newly created Control Service HA scenario should run fine now as the r15.2 registry keys have been configured.
