Duplicate notification emails are being generated from Arcserve RHA
Solution :
Check if you have enabled email notifications in multiple locations in the Arcserve RHA manager.
There are 3 different places you can setup email event/notifications and you only need to do it in 1 of them, setting it up a 2nd or 3rd time may result in 2 or 3 emails for each RHA event that occurs.
We generally recommend setting it up at the scenario level, for instructions on how to do this please refer to A. Scenario Level Event Notification:: in the below link
