Product Vesrion: CA ARCserve Backup R12.x, R15.x, R16.x
While troubleshooting issues pertaining to TCP and UDP ports, CA Technical Support might need to know the CA ARCserve services registered with the rpc.
Enter the following command to let CA Technical Support know which CA ARCserve Backup services are registered with the rpc server running on the client machine:-
rpcinfo.exe -p AB_MACHINE > c:\rpcinfo.log
where AB_MACHINE is your machine.
Collect the rpcinfo.log from C:\ drive and send it over to Ca Technical Support.
