Title:  How can I determine if all the Branch servers reporting to the Central server have completed the synchronization for Global Dashboard?

Description:

The following steps show how to determine if the Branch primary servers have sent all their data to the Central primary server to display in the ARCserve Global Dashboard.

Solution:

  1. In ARCserve Backup Manager, under the 'Quick Start' menu choose 'Dashboard'.

  2. Choose the 'Global View' radio button as the 'Dashboard Mode' to view the Global Dashboard.

  3. Once the Global Dashboard has opened, select the 'Central Manager' icon in the upper right hand corner.

  4. You can verify if the synchronization has taken place from the branch sites by looking at the Status under the Branch Site section of the screen or the Status column in the Branch Site table. Ready status means that the branch's dashboard information has been collected from last scheduled collection and is ready for the next scheduled collection.
