Issue: PFC Failing. Also the backup fails on those nodes.
When we assign a policy sometimes we see that PFC is in exclaimatory mark. In Logs we can see that PFC failed.

Ping works from both the machines.Telnet with 902 doesnt work from backup server to node affected and vice-versa.
Verify that the port being used by proxy server to communicate with VCenter Server and the ESX server is open and usable (port 902 is default).
Ports blocked by firewall.
Client opened ports in the network.
Restart of cad2d service and Central application service.
From the Host based virtual Machine GUI --> Node Tab --> Highlight the machine and click Update node.
