CA ARCserve D2D Backups have not been configured

Description:

'Node Status Shows a red X mark with a message that CA ARCserve D2D Backups have not been configured'

This error comes when the backup destination has not been configured locally on the D2D server or from Central Protection Manager using a policy

Once the destination is specified this will go away

Solution:

To update the Destination path the Settings have to be updated and from Central Protection Manager you could create a policy and in the process of creating the policy the destination path should be updated.

Please refer to the article below to create a policy which will also have the step to update the destination which will resolve this issue.
