Title:  Scheduled emails only sends report for few servers. However on dashboard it shows status for all servers.

Description:

On CA ARCserve Central Reporting, Dashboard, Backup, Node backup status report. It should show the most recent backup status of all nodes during specific time period. However when scheduled for emails it does not list all the servers in the email.

Solution:

As default, schedule mail will just list Last 7 Days information, however sometime we need reports for last backup. Hence we would set it up for 1 day but that causes inconsistency in the number of servers listed as the last day calculation includes the current day as well. (Last 1 day doesn't mean current day + previous day).

Hence it is recommended to run the schedule for Last 3 days and not less.

By default the new schedule will have '7' days selected.

Hence we can change to min of 3 days, even though we have 1 day in the list we would recommend to select 3 days to have a consistent report.
