Unable to Launch D2D after changing the ports


Solution:

This issue occurs when we change the ports of D2D services if incase there is any conflict with other services using the same port number.

To Overcome this issue, please follow the below mentioned steps.

Navigate

1) C:\Program files\CA\ARCserve D2D\TOMCAT\

2) Right Click on ARCFLASH UI  Internet short cut.

3) Go to WebDocument Tab > Change the port number as configured the same.
