How to collect the BMR Logs

To get BMR logs, user can -

Select “Advanced Mode” to perform BMR.

At the restore process screen, disable option “Automatically reboot your system after recovery.”

At the last screen of BMR, save log files to some place with “Utilities -> Activity Log -> File -> Save All Log Files”

To get system registry of source machine, user can -

At the last screen of BMR, launch command line prompts by typing “cmd” in “Utlities->Run”

Copy registry hive file (C:\Windows\System32\Config\SYSTEM) to some place.

To get system registry of target machine, user can –

At the last screen of BMR, launch registry editor by typing “regedit” in “Utilities->Run”

Export “SYSTEM” registry to some place.
