Subject: End of Service Announcement for Arcserve RHA r16.0 and specific scenario types in RHA r16.5.

Arcserve is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In accordance with our Arcserve Support Policy and Terms, please consider this letter your written notification that we are discontinuing support for Arcserve RHA r16.0 by 2018-08-01.

In addition to the End of Service (EOS) of the prior RHA release, Arcserve would like to also notify that certain scenario types will no longer be supported. The following table outlines the scenario types and their EOS dates:

Last supported version of vCenter Server on Windows v5.0 is EOS 24th August 2016.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server


No longer being developed


At this point in time, we encourage you to plan for upgrade to Arcserve Replication and High Availability r16.5 SP4 or higher as soon as possible, so you can take full advantage of the latest new features, enhancements and fixes this release has to offer, see more details here for Arcserve RHA r16.5 latest releases.

Note: The End of Service announcements apply to all language versions of the product except Japanese. Customers in Japan region can refer to the local support website here.

We would also like to take this opportunity to mention that if a bug is fixed in current release then we will not backport the fix to a prior release or service pack, rather we request you to upgrade to the latest version.
