arcserve-KB : P00000853 | 17.5 | License errors displayed for Database protection job and VM Licenses

5TAP License error is getting displayed when the customer running Database  protection job.
And also Agent for VM Licenses errors also getting displayed when running agent backups.

Products Affected:
Arcserve Backup17.5;

Product Installation Instructions:
1. Unzip and run P00000853.exe
2. This can be installed on the Base only as the license checks will be happening on Base side only. But Arcserve is shipping this cheyprod.dll on the agents also even though there is no license check happening on the agent side.  If required, it can be installed on the Agents also.

    It does not work, I still have this error:
    E1438 BACKUP 2017-09-24 19:37:10 License violation - Arcserve Backup exceeded the maximum capacity and is protecting 12 sockets out of 4 sockets licensed (JobNo: 4 on Server: BACKUP). Please contact Arcserve Support team to buy additional licenses.
    I have two physical servers under two processors, including VMWare 6.5 and eight virtual machines on board, this patch does not work.
