How 'Manage Capacity Report' calculates the data. 
The following example illustrates how the reports calculates the data.

Node : Testnode02 (This is the Host name of the Agent Node)

1. As of today , if we take a "Full Backup" of the above node it will be equal or more than 20.45 TB in Size, however our incremental Backup size can vary between 200 to 300 GB. 
'Managed Capacity Report' will record the same amount of value in the report which is highest.

Which file does  'Managed Capacity Report' reads the information from ?
It reads the information from the BackupInfo.xml  file which is located in the backup history folder , which is located at the below path 
( C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\BackupHistory  <Node Name> on the Backup Destination 

Alert : 20.45 TB is just an example , size of the Full Backup May vary according to the client environment 

Backupinfo.xml file  give information about the ProtectedDataSizeB='22487133175808  , which is equal to 20.45 TB. 
(Convert Bytes to TB)  OR 22487133175808/1024 (4 - Times) = 20.45 TB 

File path :( C:\Program Files\Arcserve\Unified Data Protection\Engine\BackupHistory  <Node Name> on the Backup Destination )




Note : This report will display the highest the value of the backup which was backed up and do not compare the size , with the amount of data backed up.
